Privacy Policy
How photos, generated videos, account information and browser drafts are handled.
Upload two separate photos, one for each role. Both role photos are required.
Photos and generated videos
Photos and generated videos are stored privately and accessed through the signed-in owner's account. Uploaded JPEG, PNG and WebP images are decoded and re-encoded to remove EXIF metadata, including location data. Uploads are not automatically published in a public gallery.
For AI generation, your two uploaded role photos and the template reference video are sent to Kie, the AI processing provider. The demonstrated result uses the Wan video model. The provider processes these images to create the video; generation cannot take place entirely in your browser.
Access and deletion
File access expires 24 hours after order creation. You can use Delete files in My videos to revoke access and remove stored photos and the result sooner. Expired files may be removed when their task is checked. Storage lifecycle rules also schedule our private copies for deletion two days after each file is written, including when you do not return. Physical deletion is asynchronous and may happen later than access expiry.
Account details, order records, task status and support records may remain after media deletion. Contact us to request account or record deletion. Deleting files on this site does not establish that copies or logs held by the AI provider have also been deleted. Provider retention is governed separately by its policies; we do not promise an immediate provider-side deletion.
Accounts and payments
We store account information and sessions needed to sign you in and associate videos with your account. When a payment processor is used, it handles payment details. We do not store card numbers. The checkout screen identifies the available payment mode before you continue.
Browser drafts
Selected photos stay in your browser before sign-in. When you continue, a draft can be saved in this tab's storage to survive sign-in and a visit to pricing. Drafts expire after 30 minutes and expired copies are removed the next time draft storage is accessed. Successful submission or signing out from the tool clears the draft. Clearing site data removes browser drafts. Photos are submitted to the authenticated server after sign-in and the credit check.
Analytics and service providers
We use Google Analytics to measure page visits and product events such as starting checkout or completing a generation. Google may process browser and device information and use cookies. Our custom product events do not include photo files, filenames or email addresses. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may process network and request information. See Google’s explanation and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
For audience analysis, product events also record the page language, preferred browser language and approximate country or region supplied by Cloudflare. These are separate signals: a language does not establish where a person lives. Our custom event records do not store the raw IP address used for that country estimate.
When enabled, we also use Microsoft Clarity for click heatmaps, scroll behavior and session replay. We explicitly mask uploaded photos and generation results, and send only product event names to Clarity. Clarity is configured to deny advertising and analytics cookie storage; without consent, tracking is limited and does not link visits using cookies. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
See Kie’s published privacy policy for its own disclosures. That page does not establish a specific retention period for images submitted through its API; we do not infer one from it.
